Highest weight ever recorded (July 2008): 231lbs (16.5 stone)
Blog start weight (October 2011): 211.8lbs (15.1 stone)
Long term goals:
Healthy BMI: 182lbs (13 stone)
Being safely into a healthy BMI: 172lbs (12.2 stone)
I'll leave being under 12 stone to the short people of this world.
*I will never give up ice cream.
